I’ve completely stopped using Staples as there was either zero customer support or they bombard us with sales calls. GNDS responds to us immediately. Our Rep, Blaine, knows our needs so well he catches mistakes I have made in my order! Their catalogue of items is massive and Blaine is always quick to suggest the best alternative if an item has been discontinued. Their delivery is fast and so considerate – when there are large/ heavy deliveries, Tony will bring them all the way in to where I need them (where other couriers just leave them at the door).
